I’m Venus, a Doctor of Physiotherapy student in Australia and a certified strength coach with a focus on injury-resilient performance. My journey into coaching began through my own experience as a competitive runner, where injuries taught me a powerful lesson: true fitness isn’t just about strength—it’s about building a body that can sustain it.

That insight led me to pursue a deep understanding of rehabilitation and human movement. Now, I integrate evidence-based training principles with practical strength coaching to help lifters, runners, and active individuals move better, recover well, and perform stronger—safely and sustainably.
